Generate excitement ahead of the 2016/17 Premier League season on Sky Sports, driving value-for-money perceptions amongst existing and non-existing customers.

Solution

tpf implemented multiple promotional and partnership activations in the lead-up to the new season, each clearly communicating Sky Sports’ key messaging. tpf designed, developed and managed a hugely successful digital promotion which included follow-up newsletter campaigns. Further activity ran across several national newspapers, including an exclusive partnership with the Mail on Sunday, which gave away a giant Sky Sports-branded Premier League fixtures wallchart and mini football to readers.

Result

Total media value for all activity was more than £1.3m, representing a 10:1 ROI, and the three-week digital promotion received more than 50,000 entries and 10,000 opt-ins.
